About 10 or 15 minutes after they took Kauri, the O.R. Nurse came and found us in the cafeteria, she was needing back up batteries, because Marty (her pump) was beeping. Mom dug in her purse and pulled out two energizer batteries. The nurse looked surprised and a little embarrassed, and said, "That's all you need?" Mom just told her how to do it, and she went on her way, to quiet the beeping Marty.
Dang! Kauri hon you look like an exotic princess even w/ a hairnet on. How do you do it? Teach me girlfriend! Love you and hope all goes/went well.
